IMPORTANT: It is important to book a confirmed date as soon as possible to ensure availability of your move date. You must contact us to confirm that availability for your preferred date or check with us if other dates are available. We draw your attention to Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions relating to Cancellation and Postponement of removal dates.

  • I require Standard Liability and declare that the full value of the property to be removed/stored is shown above (If you do not declare a value Limited Liability will automatically apply)
  • In respect of Removals, if the full value of the property exceeds £25,000, I agree that this will attract an additional liability charge and that your price(s) will be increased. (Contact us for details)
  • In respect of Storage, if the average value of the property exceeds £5,000 per storage container, I agree that your price(s) will be increased per container. (Contact us for details)

  • I agree that if I do not declare a value to you, my entitlement will be limited in accordance with Clauses 9.2 and 11 of your Terms and Conditions.

Full details on the ‘Removal Cost’ plus any ‘optional extras’ and ‘optional waiver fees’ are included in the quotation we sent you. Simply Choose YES or NO for whatever service you wish to include in your contract with us.

REMEMBER TO TICK THE ACCEPTANCE BOX, THE DATE OF ACCEPTANCE, AND PRESS THE SUBMIT BUTTON at the bottom of the form.

This quotation and its acceptance by you are subject to our Terms and Conditions VIEW HERE. We would particularly draw your attention to Clause 4 and Clauses 9 to 12 which refer to our liability to you in the event of loss or damage.

The price(s) we have quoted includes Standard Liability for loss of or damage to your goods whilst they are in our custody and control, subject to you providing us with a declaration of the value of your goods and subject to Clauses 9.1 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions. We would draw your attention to the items for which we will not accept liability, and to the exclusions which apply to our liability.

This quotation includes liability to a maximum value of £25,000 as set out in Clause 9.1.1. If you would like us to accept liability for an amount over £25,000, our price(s) will be increased (as separately advised to you) to reflect the higher level of liability.

In respect of storage, we reserve the right to increase our price(s) in the event that the average value per storage container exceeds £5,000

If you do not give us a value, then our Limited Liability will apply in accordance with Clauses 9.2 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

Our liability is a contractual agreement between you and us.

We reserve the right to amend our price if there is any increase in transport or labour cost either before or during the carrying out of the contract. If you wish us to carry out any service or move goods which are specifically excluded by these conditions, you must have our written agreement before signing this contract.

 

Our Quotation is calculated by reference to the goods shown to our Representative or the description supplied by you via an inventory, photographs and/or video survey, and is subject to our Terms and Conditions HERE

Please note, it is the customers responsibility to provide suitable access and parking information for HGV Vehicles. e.g. Suitable Terrain, Access, Space, Parking Permits, etc.

STORAGE: Clients who intend to put their goods into store please note: should you need to access your goods while they are being stored, there will be a charge for this due to the labour and time involved.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT: This quotation and its acceptance are subject to the conditions set out in our Terms and Conditions. If you want us to carry out any service or move goods, which are specifically excluded by these Conditions, you must have our written agreement before signing this Contract. All quotes are valid for 3 months. Packing materials retained after the removal will be charged for at cost unless returned within 14 days.
